Balsamic Bruschetta With Strawberries

     You may have noticed the extreme lack of posts for the last few months, turns out there is a whole lot of living to do outside of the internet. Like working in your garden or at target...
      Since its hot outside many of you are looking for dinners that will not heat up your kitchen, one of my favorites is Bruschetta. It's simple, good for you, and tastes amazing.

   All you do is chop up about 7 to 8 plum tomatoes, they are the sweetest and least juicy. Chop a good hand full of sweet basil, 4 ounces of motzella and 5 strawberries. Sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and serve on top of pan fried french bread slices.
